Wild West
Texas, 1874

The first thing you notice when you step through the portal is the smell–the scent of hot sand and hay is overwhelming. The second thing you notice is the heat, scorching your shoulders and neck. Texas. 1874. The Time Bandit’s excursions here have caused quite a stir among the locals. The townspeople are complaining about a mysterious saloon that popped up overnight, which is strange enough as is, but apparently has also been attracting dangerous criminals to the area. You approach the saloon, the sand crunching beneath your feet, and take in the heavy wooden doors and boarded windows. An ambiguous sign creaks overhead in the breeze, and you wonder why the Time Bandit would construct a saloon but make it so unwelcoming… Unless this is where all the missing townsfolk are.

This blurb–written by Raven Egan–was used in store at
E-Exit Langley to provide guests with the story behind their themed escape room.
